✨Creation time subject to queue and time of year.
1) Place an order, email us with your dreams, ideas, photo, and/or sketch, Don’t forget to include your postal address so there are no hidden costs,
2) We respond ASAP with any questions we may have about your design and give options for fabrics, shapes, patterning, fittings, curation time, payment plans, deadlines, shipping/pick up, policies, and contracts. (depending on the item, ears don’t generally require fittings and contracts)
3) You receive your job sheet detailing what’s going into your commission (with a flat/technical sketch if it's been asked for,) and your first invoice, (with a 50% deposit amount marked out, or the full uptight cost)
3.5) Once payment is confirmed your place in the commission slots is cemented and creation will start shortly,
4) We pattern/adjust depending on the project,
4.5) First fitting if mockup is needed/wanted,
5) Any special materials are ordered and last adjustments are finalized via email,
6) You'll receive an email when the materials arrive and the curation process starts,
6.5) We send you photo updates of the curation process if asked for,
7) You'll get an email when your commission is ready to be shipped out with the tracking number and optional extra official photo, (pick up available)(if paid with 50% deposit the remaining 50%+ any additional costs acquired from adjustments within the creation process must be paid before the package can be sent)
8) Upon arrival or pick up we'd love for you to tag us in your photos or email us some to add to our gallery and share your wonderful commission.
If you have any ideas we'd still love to hear them! -but please be aware it might be 3-5 months before we can get onto the creation process.
